At ClearChoice Orthodontic Associates we are known for making sure that everyone gets the quality care that they need by making sure that we have a payment option that fits each budget. (some restrictions apply, see below for details)

 

Option 1 "Payment in Full"

In most cases, patients who are able to make a single payment when treatment begins are eligible for 10% reduction their fee - a significant discount *

 

Option 2 "Down Payment"

In most cases, patients who are able to make a 30% payment when treatment begins are eligible for a 5% reduction in their fee - also a significant savings *

 

Option 3 "No Down Payment"

In many cases we can offer a number of equal payments over many months without requiring a down payment - there are usually no interest charges or applications*

 

Option 4 "Extended Low Monthly Payments"

To make sure that our quality treatments truly fit every budget, we also work with dental and health care financing to offer the absolute lowest of monthly payments possible. **

* Multiple discounts cannot apply.  For example, some insurance plans have already negotiated a significant fee reduction for their members.  In a few rare cases, the previously negotiated discount is so significant that we cannot offer additional discounts or no down payment options as listed above.  We are pleased to have been chosen as preferred providers for most insurance plans. We will research your plan at no charge and explain costs and benefits before treatment begins.

** Option 4 requires an application process and often can often result in monthly payments under $100
